Our specialty coffee is roasted with indirect heat technology, which protects the coffee beans from heat contact directly. This technique also moves the coffee beans gently to prevent breakage of the coffee beans and to take enough time to develop the flavors in it. Also, this technique isolates the coffee beans from their husks instead of burning. These crusts contain harmful carbon materials, all of these features guarantee us more healthy coffee and clean flavors.
